Introducing Build Your Business 2.0 – Free business support across Northamptonshire

We are excited to announce the relaunch of our highly successful business support programme, now rebranded as Build Your Business 2.0.
Delivered by Business & Intellectual Property Centre Northamptonshire, part of the BIPC National Network led by the British Library and delivered through Northamptonshire Libraries, the programme is designed to provide free, tailored support to aspiring entrepreneurs, start-ups and established businesses across the county.
Funded with £310,000 from the UK governments UK Shared Prosperity Fund and delivered in partnership with West Northamptonshire Council and North Northamptonshire Council, Build Your Business 2.0 will run until March 2026, offering a flexible, accessible package of business support, completely free of charge.

Our BIPC Local Libraries are playing a central role in this programme. Visit our team of dedicated business advisors at our weekly drop-in sessions at:
Brixworth Library – Monday, 9.30am – 12noon
Wellingborough Library – Tuesday, 9.30am – 12noon
Towcester Library – Wednesday, 9.30am – 12noon
Kettering Library – Thursday, 9.30am – 12noon
What’s new: Mental Health and Wellbeing for business owners
This refreshed version of the programme covers key areas of running a business including marketing, business growth and financial planning along with a brand-new webinar series focused on mental health and wellbeing for business owners. Delivered by Susan Liverman from The Kindful, these sessions are designed to help entrepreneurs build resilience, manage stress and maintain a healthy work-life balance while running or growing their business.
Start-up grants are back!
If your business is less than one year old, you may be eligible for a £2,000 grant to help cover essential start-up costs. Successful applicants will also receive continued support from our experienced BIPC team to help you make the most of your funding.
