Hello fellow entrepreneurs and small business owners,

I'm Susan, and I'm thrilled to share that I'll be delivering a series of mental health and wellbeing webinars and one to one support as part of the BIPC Build Your Business 2.0 programme from June 2025 to March 2026.

As a small business owner myself (and a Build Your Business participant!), I know first hand that while we're often brilliant at taking care of our businesses, we're not always as good at taking care of ourselves. We wear all the hats, juggle all the balls, and sometimes our own wellbeing falls to the bottom of a very long to-do list.

Sound familiar? You're not alone.

What's on offer?

I've designed three practical, interactive 90-minute webinars specifically for busy business owners:

1. Mental Health & Wellbeing Essentials for Entrepreneurs

Learn fundamental mental health concepts, discover your optimal "Window of Performance," and take away practical resilience strategies you can use immediately. No fluff, just useful tools that fit into your busy life.

2. Navigate Stress and Prevent Burnout: A Practical Toolkit

Let's be honest – stress can come with the territory of running a business. But burnout doesn't have to. Learn to recognise your personal warning signs using the "exhaustion funnel" concept and practice simple but effective techniques for responding to stress in the moment.

3. Emotional Intelligence: Your Business Confidence Superpower

Discover how emotional intelligence can boost your authentic business confidence. You'll learn an innovative "glimmers, shimmers and dimmers" framework for emotional regulation and take away tools for building self-compassion in your business journey.

Coming soon!

Why attend?

Research shows that 80% of small business owners report symptoms of poor mental health, with many of us working 10+ hours more per week than the average employee. That takes a toll.

These webinars aren't about adding more to your to-do list. They're about giving you practical, evidence-based tools to:

  • Sustain your energy and focus

  • Make better decisions under pressure

  • Prevent burnout before it derails your business

  • Build authentic confidence for networking and growth

Each session includes interactive exercises and a takeaway toolkit you can implement straight away. And as I understand the realities of running a business – everything I share is designed to be realistic for busy people.

Not sure if it's for you?

If you've ever felt overwhelmed, struggled with work-life boundaries, or found yourself lying awake worrying about your business at 3am – these sessions are for you.

I also understand that there are different ways of processing and learning information, and my approach is inclusive, practical and jargon-free.

Remember, looking after your mental health isn't a luxury – it's essential business infrastructure. And, once you have attended a mental health and wellbeing webinar you can book in for further wellbeing information and education on a 121 basis.

Hi, I found this one in a slightly odd way—someone on a train next to me in the UK was scrolling through it, and I asked what it was. Later I checked it via luckycharms-gh.uk. What I liked was that it didn’t feel heavy even on mobile data, which is rare in my experience. I tried a couple of games just to see how things run, and it stayed stable. Nothing fancy, just a straightforward experience that didn’t require much figuring out.
