Piparella Graze is a luxury grazing and catering business founded by Kamila Knight and Jola Gayton. After being awarded a £2,000 Build Your Business grant, funded by West Northamptonshire Council through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, the founders have continued to grow their brand. Piparella Graze turns beautifully styled food into unforgettable experiences for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.

Piparella Graze was founded by close friends Kamila and Jola, who share a passion for beautiful food, thoughtful presentation, and creating memorable experiences. Kamila brings a strong creative and organisational background, with a natural eye for styling and branding, while Jola complements the business with her calm approach, attention to detail, and love for hospitality. Together, they built Piparella Graze to combine artisanal food with elegant, party-ready design.
How BIPC Northamptonshire helped
"Support from BIPC Northamptonshire and the Build Your Business grant played a key role in helping us grow brand awareness. We invested the funding primarily into marketing, particularly Instagram advertising, which significantly increased our visibility, reach, and follower growth. This, in turn, led to more enquiries and bookings and gave us confidence to scale the business further."
Best advice received
One of the most valuable pieces of business advice the founders have received is:
“It’s never too late to try something new. Failure isn’t a bad thing — it’s a lesson.”
This mindset has helped them navigate the challenges of starting and growing a business while staying open to learning and improvement.
