Great food, great service, great environment
Orsino Bistro offers a relaxed and welcoming environment, friendly service with a smile, and a food menu based on classic recipes using fresh local ingredients. Founder, Paul Spencer, offers traditional homemade dishes, some with a modern twist, some forgotten, some rarely offered. The menu is mainly based on British, French and Catalan cuisine and uses local independent suppliers.
Paul dreamt of owning his own restaurant and when he finally took the plunge the BIPC was there to help. Paul received a Build Your Business grant, and one to one support as well as attending webinars including:
• Creating a thumb stopping marketing plan
• How to write an effective business plan
